Our Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD) are determined based on the following factors:
- Expected delivery date to our processing facility
- 3PL/Facility location
- The Passport Export Facility (CA, NJ, IL)
- Service level
- Destination Country
- Destination state (for Canada, Australia, and the US)
These EDDs adjust automatically as transit times change. These delays can be caused by issues including, but not limited to, first-mile delays, processing delays, weather and environmental factors, political and socio-economical climates in the destination country, and many other factors that may or may not be within the scope of Passport's control.
Please make sure to read our Service Alerts weekly to remain up to date with known delays occurring across the globe. To help adjust customers' expectations, Passport can also help you update the checkout language in the cart flow from our standard "8-14 Business Days" to a range that best reflects the current transit times.
