How can I check what average transit times are for certain countries?

Our standard SLA is 8-14 business days, however, this is subject to change when impactful events occur (i.e. weather-related events, socio-political climates, etc.). We can also see transit times less than our SLA depending on the country and service level. As for Express, most "true" Express services see a 1-3 business day transit time. Passport's Expedited service is 3-6 business days from the date the package arrives in our export facility.
