If you would like to cancel your order, time is of the essence and our window of opportunity is extremely small. We recommend that you contact your merchant as soon as possible!
As the shipping company, Passport is not able to cancel shipments without the direct consent of the merchant. Our ability to stop a package from shipping also depends on where the package is in its journey:
- If the package has yet to be received at our processing center, there is a possibility (but no guarantees) that we can intercept the shipment and stop it.
- Once the package is received at our processing facility, the shipment can no longer be stopped.
