In most cases, your package is still making its way to your door!
Our delivery estimate is based on the average transit times we have collected based on past shipments, but sometimes there are slight delays and variations. Keep in mind that timelines can be affected by a few things:
-
If you placed your order when the retailer’s business was closed (after 5 PM or maybe on a weekend) it might take them a business day or two to process. The best source of this information is through the retailer who you bought from!
-
Once processed, your package needs to go to the airport. The United States is a very large place, so this can take a day or two, sometimes three. Luckily, we use trucks to speed this up :)
-
National holidays in the United States (or in your home country) can slow down package delivery
-
Weather is always tough to predict, especially extreme conditions like fires, storms, etc.
-
Customs! This will vary with country
