Certain carriers require the customer to pick up their package from a pickup location instead of having it delivered to their delivery address. This is most commonly seen in DDP parcels to Scandinavian countries such as Denmark, Finland, and Sweden.
If your local carrier is 'Bring,' the package will need to be picked up rather than delivered to the provided delivery address.
How to determine if a package needs to be picked up from a pickup location:
- Check the Passport tracking page.
- There should be an update under the tracking details showing that the package is available for pickup if it has arrived at the pickup location.
- From the tracking page, check the 'your local delivery' section.
- By clicking the hyperlinked tracking ID, you can access the local carrier's tracking page to find more information on the package.
- From the carrier's tracking page, you can locate the pickup location address and their contact information, if needed.
