How can I get email updates about my shipment?

Once you have placed your order and it has been shipped by your retailer, you will receive your tracking details via email. This includes your Passport Shipping tracking page. If you would like regular email updates from Passport regarding the status of your order, we advise following the steps below:

How to receive tracking updates via email:

1. Open your Passport tracking page
2. Look for the box on the bottom left-hand side of your screen titled 'Shipping Updates Via Email
3. Enter your email address
4. Press 'Get Notified'
