If your package has been marked as delivered and you haven't received it, we expect that it will show up within the next 2-3 business days.
In certain scenarios, carriers can sometimes incorrectly mark shipments as delivered and re-attempt delivery the next day. If you have not been able to locate your package after it was marked as delivered by the local carrier, we suggest following these steps:

Check Around Your Property:
- Exterior Doors: Check all exterior doors or any place where the package could be placed (e.g., behind a plant or under a doormat).
- Hidden Spots: Sometimes delivery drivers leave packages out of plain sight for safety if a signature isn't required.

Ask Your Neighbors:
- Ask your neighbors if they might have received the package by mistake or if they picked it up for safekeeping.

Contact the Last Mile Carrier:
- Contact the last-mile carrier (e.g., Australia Post, Canada Post, EVRi) directly to see if they have additional information about the delivery's placement.
- You can access the local carrier's tracking page in the 'Your Local Delivery' section of Passport's tracking page. This will be located under your estimated delivery date.
- Contact Us or the Merchant:
- If you have followed the previous steps and have been unable to locate your package, please contact Passport or your merchant directly so that we can further investigate this issue for you.
