Brands shipping with Passport have two options to easily enable order returns for their customers.
Passport partners with Loop Returns to help enable end-customer facing returns directly on the brand’s website. For more information about Loop Returns, please click here. For details about our Loop Returns integration, please also review this information here.
In addition to leveraging Loop, Passport customers can easily self-generate and share return labels with their international customers right from the Passport Portal.
Follow the instructions below to get started:
-
Login to the Passport Portal
- If you need login credentials or have any issues with getting signed in, contact our partner support team at partners@passportshipping.com for further assistance
- Go to the shipments page.
- Open the delivered shipment that you need to have returned.
- Find the actions column on the right side of your screen.
- Click "..." to open a menu with more options.
- From this menu, select Create return label.
- There should now be an option to specify the number of items you need to have returned. Update the number by increasing the count (+)
- If you have a returns integration with Passport, you can click PAY AND CREATE LABEL to generate the label. You will be billed for the label in your returns invoicing.
- If you do not have a returns integration with Passport, clicking PAY AND CREATE will direct you to a page that will ask for your credit card number for payment to generate the label.
- Once you've completed the previous steps, you can download the return label or email it to the end customer.
If you need to view the return shipment, you can search for it using the return shipment tracking ID via the Passport Portal.
If you have any questions regarding this process, feel free to reach out to our partner support team, and we will be happy to assist.
