After the customer places an order and gains access to their Passport tracking page, they will see the tracking updates for your package. You will likely see a scan that says "Passport Awaiting Item" or "On the way to processing center"; these scans mean the order is in transit from your facility to our processing facility.
Next Status Update
- The next expected status update is "Arrived at origin processing center," meaning Passport has received the parcel and has started preparing it for export to the customer's destination country.
- This update should occur within five business days of the "Passport Awaiting Item" status. If this time has not yet passed, we advise giving the package more time to arrive at Passport to be processed for export.
Delayed Shipment
- If the tracking for the package has not been updated after ten days and the status still shows "Passport Awaiting Item", please contact Passport's support team so that we can look into this for you.
- When this happens, it means that Passport has not received the package for processing. We advise reaching out to your 3PL to see if there is any further information they can provide regarding the package's whereabouts since we have limited visibility until it reaches our facility.
