After placing your order and gaining access to your Passport tracking page, you will see the tracking updates for your package. You will likely see a scan that says "Passport Awaiting Item" or "On the way to processing center"; these scans mean your order is in transit from the merchant’s warehouse to our processing facility.
Next Status Update
- The next expected status update is "Arrived at origin processing center," meaning Passport has received the parcel and has started preparing it for export to your destination country.
- This update should occur within five business days of the "Passport Awaiting Item" status. If this time has not yet passed, we advise giving your package more time to arrive at Passport to be processed for export.
Delayed Shipment
- If the tracking for your package has not been updated after ten days and the status still shows "Passport Awaiting Item", please contact your merchant.
- If this happens, it means that Passport has not received your package for processing yet and your merchant will be the best resource to assist with this issue.
