Tracking Status Messages

If your tracking page displays any of the following messages:

1. "Received at origin processing center"
2. "Processed and preparing for export"
3. "Shipped from origin processing center"

This indicates that your package:

1. Arrived at our facility
2. Is being prepared for export
3. Has been exported and is en route to the destination country

Estimated Delivery Date

• If the estimated delivery date hasn't passed, expect additional updates on your tracking page within the next week.
• Note that the local carrier will provide further information only once they receive the shipment from customs.

Tracking with Local Carrier

After the customs handoff, you can track your shipment directly with the local carrier.
