Understandably, you want to be aware of where your order is while it's making its way to your delivery address. For a better understanding of the tracking updates you see on your tracking page, we wanted to provide you with more context so you can be aware of any updates.
Tracking Status Updates
If your tracking page displays any of the following messages:
- "Received at origin processing center"
- "Processed and preparing for export"
- "Shipped from origin processing center"
It indicates that your package has arrived at our facility, is being prepared for export, and has been shipped from our facility to your destination country so that it can undergo the customs process.
Estimated Delivery Date
- If the estimated delivery date hasn't passed, expect additional updates on your tracking page within the next week. Your estimated delivery date is located in the upper left-hand corner of your Passport tracking page.
- Note that the local carrier will provide further information only once they receive the shipment from customs. Once they receive your package, you will be able to see tracking updates directly from their tracking page. You can find this tracking page by clicking the hyperlinked tracking ID under 'your local delivery' on your Passport tracking page.
