If you are trying to track your package and you encounter a screen like the one below, this could mean a couple of things:
- The label was printed twice with two different tracking numbers
- The shipping label was voided (either due to administrative error or the order was cancelled)
- The tracking ID was mistyped or is otherwise incorrect
