If you're unable to be home while your package is being delivered, there should be no issues. Typically, deliveries do not require a signature, and packages are often left in a secure location for your retrieval. It is unlikely that this will cause issues while your order is being delivered. However, if the courier has deemed that your package cannot be delivered because you are unavailable, we advise contacting your local carrier immediately to provide any necessary information so that you can retrieve your order.
You can access your local carrier's tracking page by clicking the hyperlink in the 'Your Local Delivery' section on Passport's tracking page. From here, you should be able to locate their contact information.
If You Are Unavailable:
- No Safe Spot Available: If the courier finds no safe spot for the package, they will typically make another delivery attempt or leave a delivery notice on your door with details on how to contact them.
- Delivery Notice: Your delivery notice will usually provide instructions on how to reschedule your delivery or collect your package from the local office. If, for some reason, you have not received a delivery notice, we advise contacting your local carrier directly.
