I prepaid my duties and taxes but I'm being charged more

If you prepaid your duties & taxes at checkout, you should not have to pay any further fees.

IMPORTANT: BEWARE OF TEXT MESSAGES AND EMAILS REQUESTING ADDITIONAL PAYMENT

If you prepaid your duties and taxes and received a text message or email asking for additional payment, we recommend that you NOT open the link.  Instead, reach out to our Customer Experience Team and we will investigate to determine if the message is legitimate.

• If you have not paid the invoice for additional charges, please do not – we will resolve the issue directly with our shipping partners.
• If you have paid this invoice and the request for payment was legitimate, please send us a copy of the receipt and we will work with your merchant to get a refund issued.
