Our export facility clears the floor each night, so we have a very small window in which we can intercept the parcel and have it returned to your warehouse / 3PL. With that, packages can only be intercepted BEFORE they reach our processing facility. Once the tracking page no longer shows "Passport awaiting item", we can no longer stop the package, have it returned, or make any changes to the shipment information.
Should the parcel go out, it may be possible for the customer to refuse the parcel and there is a chance that it may then be returned to your warehouse.
